At Wrizelonaiphrele, we strive to provide high-quality online tutoring services in languages, music, design, and photography. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and session credits.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or credit to your account. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for refunds.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule a session at no cost if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be subject to fees or count as a late cancellation.

Session Packages

Unused sessions in prepaid packages remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Refunds for unused sessions in packages are calculated at the individual session rate, not the discounted package rate.

Technical Issues

If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, you will receive a full credit for the session. We recommend testing your equipment before each session to ensure a smooth experience.

Dissatisfaction with Services

If you are unsatisfied with a tutoring session, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a different tutor, a make-up session, or a partial credit.

How to Request a Refund
